Henare Strategic is a small, specialist construction and property consultancy based in Whangārei. Clients work directly with the people responsible for the work, from defining the brief through to the final report, recommendation, or project next step.
Independent advice
Our role is to give clear, considered advice on construction and property matters. That can involve helping a client understand the scope of a project, reviewing the condition of a property, coordinating information, documenting findings, or supporting the next decision. The work is always tied to the agreed brief and the practical context of the project.
Technology where it is useful
We use practical tools such as drone imagery, AI-assisted reporting, and workflow systems when they improve the process. Technology supports the work, rather than becoming the point of it. Review, responsibility, and good judgement remain with the people delivering and approving the work.
